An original and sweet tomato salsa, made exclusively from ciliegino cherry tomatoes grown on the coast in the province of Ragusa, Sicily. Sicilian cherry tomatoes are famously the best for flavour and their juice is traditionally preserved in beer bottles by small-holders.
