Is Everything Vegan?

Yes! Everything we sell is 100% suitable for vegans and non-vegans. This means we don't stock anything that contains any animal products or anything that has been tested on animals. 

When Will I Receive My Delivery?

Please see our delivery information section which will explain when you should receive your delivery depending on when your order was placed. If you are still waiting for a delivery that should have already arrived please contact us at hello@jenningsplantry.co.uk

I Have An Item Missing From My Order?

If you have an item(s) missing from your order, please let us know within 24 hours of your delivery. Please email us at hello@jenningsplantry.co.uk with your name, delivery address and description of missing item(s). We will then be able to offer a refund/credit.

Why Has My Order Come In A Plain/Branded Box?

Where possible we will always reuse boxes/packaging materials. We get many deliveries from our suppliers and instead of throwing these materials away we will always reuse wherever possible and would ask if you could do the same.

What Is The Delivery Cost?

We send our orders out with Royal Mail, delivery is available from £3.29. When checking out you will see the delivery options available to you (You may see a 'local' delivery option which will be delivered by us). We offer FREE delivery for all orders over £60. 

Why Is There A Surcharge For Chilled/Frozen Goods?

We make sure every chilled/frozen item is well insulated with ice packs to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition for you. Of course insulation packaging and ice packs aren't cheap, unfortunately we have no other options but to include a surcharge. The surcharge is £2 which is included in the shipping fee at the checkout (Must select Tracked 24 chilled/frozen). There is a standard £2 charge no matter how many chilled/frozen items you choose.

Can I Collect My Order?

Yes! Just bear with us whilst we get this part updated on our store.

Can I Change My Order Once It Has Been Placed?

We cannot amend orders once they have been placed. Please ensure everything is correct before placing your order including your delivery address.

I Want To Cancel My Order

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@jenningsplantry.co.uk to cancel your order. We are unable to cancel your order if it has already been dispatched.
