DECEMBER DELIVERY UPDATE

We are experiencing a high volume of orders and are working hard around the clock to get these sent out as soon as possible. Rest assured, all orders will be sent out before our Christmas cut off. Our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail* (Tracked) Mon-Friday. Orders made before 11am aim to be dispatched the same day for next day delivery**. (see table below for order day/delivery day). 

We offer FREE delivery for all orders over £60. For orders under £60 delivery is available from £3.99 (local deliveries from £1.99). You will be given delivery options at the checkout screen depending on the weight of your order. 

If your order contains any chilled/frozen items you MUST select Tracked 24.

Royal Mail (Tracked) - You will receive a notification when your delivery has been dispatched and is on it's way. If your delivery arrives and no one is in to receive it your delivery will be left in your safe place, if no safe place has been specified you will receive a calling card and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office. You must collect your parcel before the cut off date otherwise it will be returned to us. If the parcel is not collected by the cut off date you will incur a charge for a     re-delivery.

Chilled/Frozen Items

Please ensure to add a safe place where your parcel can be left if you won't be in to receive it, alternatively it can be left with a neighbour. Orders containing chilled/frozen items must be delivered that day and cannot be returned to the parcel sorting office. If ordering chilled/frozen items you must select 'Royal Mail Tracked 24 chilled/frozen'. Jennings Plantry cannot accept liability for perishable goods should the customer not be home to accept their delivery or have not specified an alternative delivery (safe place/neighbour). You must notify us within 24 hours of any issues. 

All chilled/frozen items will be sent with freezer/cooling packs and will be well insulated. We ask that you do not dispose of these packs and instead reuse them, alternatively if you are local to our shop please feel free to pop them into us! A £2.99 surcharge is added for chilled/frozen deliveries to ensure they are well packaged and insulated for you.

Local Deliveries 

We deliver to some TN/ME postcodes ourselves. If you are located in an area we deliver to you will see a 'Local Delivery' option at the checkout. Simply choose this option and your delivery will be delivered by us. 

 

*Some deliveries in Kent may be delivered by us, we will notify you your 1 hour delivery slot the day your delivery is due to arrive by message.

 

 **Although Tracked 24 aims for next day delivery, deliveries by couriers are out of our hands. Please note this isn’t a guaranteed service although the success rate is very high.
