We want your Jennings Plantry order to arrive quickly and in the best possible condition. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
🚚 Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed Monday to Thursday.
- Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.
- We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.
- In some cases, we may dispatch orders on Fridays for Saturday delivery, depending on stock, workload, and order type. This is not guaranteed.
🛒 Minimum Order Value
- A minimum order value of £25 (excluding shipping) applies to all online orders.
- Orders below this amount will not be processed.

- Spend £80 or more and receive FREE Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping, automatically applied at checkout.
📦 Delivery Services & Options
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Shipping options depend on the contents of your order:
Non-perishable items (ambient goods):
- Tracked 24 (next working day aim)
- Tracked 48 (2–3 working days)
Perishable items (chilled or frozen):
- Tracked 24 only
❄️ Perishable Orders – Important Information
We take care to pack perishable items using thermal liners and ice packs to help maintain temperature during transit. However, by placing an order containing perishable goods, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- All perishable items are shipped at the customer’s risk.
- We are not liable for delays caused by the courier.
- We are not liable for items arriving warm, defrosted, or spoiled in transit.
- Frozen items may partially or fully defrost during delivery.
- Tracked 24 is a non-guaranteed service and does not provide compensation for temperature-sensitive goods.
We strongly recommend:
- Being available to receive your delivery
- Setting a Safe Place via the Royal Mail app or website
Failure to do so may result in delays or spoilage, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Parcels delivered to incorrect addresses
- Spoilage resulting from delivery to an incorrect location
🔍 Tracking Your Order
You will receive a Royal Mail tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear.

💸 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders over £80 qualify for free Tracked 24 shipping within the UK.
🧊 Can I order chilled or frozen items?
Yes — however, these are sent via Tracked 24 and are shipped at your own risk. We are not liable for delays, spoilage, or defrosting in transit.
⏱️ When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed Monday–Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm Thursday will be dispatched Monday. During busy periods, dispatch times may be extended.
🏠 What if I’m not home?
Please set a Safe Place with Royal Mail. If no Safe Place is set, parcels may be returned to the depot, which can cause delays or spoilage. We are not liable in these cases.
