Your universal solution to cooking. Schlagfix vegetable cream is a yummy alternative to dairy cream containing 43% less calories! This cream can be used to cook, refine, bake or make whipped cream, while only containing 15% of plant based fat.

Ingredients: water, vegetable fat (15%), maltodextrin, glucose syrup, stabilisers: starch, polysorbat 60 (E 435), sodium citrate (E 331), hydroxylpropyl methylcellulose (E 464), cellulose (E 460), carboxy methylcellulose (E 466), sodium phosphate (E 339); emulsifiers: sodium stearoyl-2-lactylat (E 481), mono- and diglxceride (E 471), poly glycerine ester (E 475); salt, flavour.
