Apart from its popular classic smoked salmon, Revo Foods produces the most delicious and nutritious gravlax made of plants. A great source of proteins, Omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamins, Revo™ Gravlax is just as good as our classic smoked salmon slices but offers a fresh herbal-citrusy kick!

The main ingredients are pea proteins, plant oils and algae extracts. So, of course, Revo™ Gravlax is free of heavy metals, microplastics, and antibiotics. Just like any other product by Revo Foods, its production doesn’t contribute to harmful overfishing methods!

Ingredients: water, 6% pea protein, vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, lineseed oil), flavouring, gelling agent: calcium alginate; thickeners: carrageenan, konjac; seasalt, modified starch, herbs, spices, carrot, tomato, beetroot concentrate, vitamins (riboflavin, B6, B12, D), smoke flavouring, colorant: carotene.
