Similar to their other offerings, this Lamb-ish has a velvety mouthfeel that shreds into delectable bites, plus itβs a great source of B12, zinc, iron, and selenium! Simply cut to desired shape or keep whole, and season lightly with salt or your favourite spice mix, before frying in a bit of oil, in a non-stick pan for around 7-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74Β°C.
It works fantastically well as part of a vegan Sunday roast, with a good helping of mint sauce, or, given itβs βshredabilityβ β why not try it in pulled Lamb-ish tacos? It is also great in souvlaki, noodles, dumplings, salads, stews, and much more!
