It’s time to meat the ‘lambier’ cousin of their beloved filet and loin – Juicy Marbles’ Meaty Meat Lamb-ish! Their Meaty Meat range is just as tasty as their beef-inspired range, and we believe it will become just as popular!
Similar to their other offerings, this Lamb-ish has a velvety mouthfeel that shreds into delectable bites, plus it’s a great source of B12, zinc, iron, and selenium! Simply cut to desired shape or keep whole, and season lightly with salt or your favourite spice mix, before frying in a bit of oil, in a non-stick pan for around 7-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
It works fantastically well as part of a vegan Sunday roast, with a good helping of mint sauce, or, given it’s ‘shredability’ – why not try it in pulled Lamb-ish tacos? It is also great in souvlaki, noodles, dumplings, salads, stews, and much more!
