Sacla Bolognese Pasta Sauce 350g

It’s famous, it’s hearty, it’s utterly Italian. We don’t want anyone to miss out on Bolognese sauce. So our vegan Bolognese stays largely true to tradition – with a base of soffritto (sautéed onions, garlic and carrots) and finely chopped fresh Italian tomatoes. Then we boldly veer off-piste, using the magic of pea protein to create a sauce that’s bursting with flavour and the same satisfying texture as you’d expect from Bologna’s original.

Ingredients: Tomatoes (58%) (tomato pulp, tomato puree), water, pea protein (5%), soffritto (12%) (onion (4.8%), sunflower seed oil, carrots, garlic), cornflour, salt, natural flavouring, rosemary (0.07%), black pepper, ground bay leaf (0.04%), dried sage.
