Full of fibre, Omega-3 DHA & EPA fatty acids, and B vitamins, this delicious, umami cut has optimised nutrients perfect for active lifestyles – it is highly bioavailable, meaning it is better absorbed than proteins from meat sources!

Marinated and ready to cook, it can be done in a frying pan, oven, or airfryer. Serve in vegan sushi, risottos, pies, or even simply with the carbohydrate of your choosing, and veggies – it works especially well with some fresh lemon.
