Purezza Mozzella 200g

We’ve been crafting and iterating upon our own mozzarella recipe for over 8 years. It’s been used on pizzas that have picked up awards at the World Pizza Championships and on a pizza that won National Pizza of the Year. Now it’s being used by restaurants, vegan or otherwise, that want to bring excellence to their plant-based menus.

This is the third major release of our signature mozzarella, which we have named “Mozzella”. Creamy, mild, and a dairy-free replacement that we use on a number of our own pizzas.

It's finally here. The Melty One isn't just a mozzarella replacement – it's a revolution.
As delicious and versatile as mozzarella di bufala, but made with organic rice milk. It can be used in all the same ways that you'd use traditional mozzarella and is designed specifically for melting. Perfect on pizzas, lasagnes, paninis, mac and cheese and much more.
Yet it's half the fat, and infinitely more sustainable. Don't worry dairy, we'll take things from here.

Ingredients: Organic rice milk 44% (water, rice, sunflower oil, salt) coconut oil, nutritional yeast, water, locust bean, agar agar, salt, sodium citrate, dextrose, olive oil extract, sunflower oil, natural flavours, lactic acid (plant-based), aquafaba, vitamin B12.
