Nutty Artisan Food Co’s Aged with Cranberry is a delightfully fruity and festive twist on the brand’s original aged cheese alternative.

Aged via air-curing and made with cashews and studded with sweet dried cranberries, it has a wonderfully mature flavour, with pops of bright, zingy fruit.

It works extremely well in sandwiches, salads, and even pasta and pizza for an adventurous sweet and savoury twist. It would be very much at home on a vegan cheeseboard with crackers and crudités, or piled into a Christmas or Sunday roast leftovers sandwich – like the infamous Boxing Day sarnies enjoyed by many nationwide.
