Sinless Eggs are‚ the perfect product to enrich your meal with a cruelty-free, plant based imitation of a fried 'egg'. We love our product, and we are passionate about creating deliciousness for everyone. Keep it handy in your freezer as addition to your breakfast or as meal in itself. Try it with your favourite baked beans and few rashers‚ of vegan bacon. Ideal to become part of your family life.
COOKING METHOD:‚ Take the pot out of the freezer and let it defrost in the fridge overnight. When the product is fully defrosted, pre-heat a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil. When the oil starts sizzling, remove the lid of the pot and tip the mix into the frying pan. The mix should lay in the pan just like the real thing. Keep frying for at least 2 minutes, or more if you prefer it well cooked. You may wish to cover the frying pan with a lid for a more even cook.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT TRY TO DEFROST THE MIX WITH ANY HEAT SOURCE OR MICROWAVE. IT NEEDS TO BE NATURALLY DEFROSTED IN THE FRIDGE. AFTER DEFROSTING IT CAN BE COOKED WITHIN 2 DAYS.
