This exceedingly delicious chutney contains Balsamic vinegar of Modena, aged for 3 years in oak, to give real depth to this highly versatile chutney. A must with vegan blue cheeses and enhances a pâté or terrine.

Ingredients: Red onion (65%), muscovado sugar, sugar, red wine vinegar (sulphites), balsamic vinegar of Modena (wine vinegar, grape must) (7%)(sulphites), cornflour, salt, black pepper.
