Terms & Conditions

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are happy with your parcel that you receive from us. Should you not be for any reason we offer a full refund or exchange policy.

  • Full refund or exchange on goods returned within 30 days in original, unused condition.
  • If returning for an exchange, we ask that you pay for the postage back to us and we will send the new item(s) out to you.
  • We cannot cover the cost of returning unwanted or unsuitable items.

Food items

  • Must be in original unopened condition.
  • We cannot offer a refund on opened food items.

Toiletries

  • Can be exchanged if in original condition.
  • We cannot offer refunds on opened toiletries.
  • Please check the ingredients list before use if you are prone to allergies.

Missing Items

If you have an item(s) missing from your order, please let us know within 24 hours of your delivery. Please email us at hello@jenningsplantry.co.uk with your name, order number/delivery address and description of missing item(s). We will then be able to offer a refund/credit. 

Faulty goods

We will always do our best to ensure your parcel is received in the best condition possible, but if you do have any quality issues please email us at hello@jenningsplantry.co.uk within 24 hours of your delivery, along with photos of any damages and we will get this rectified with you.


Please note all our packaging materials are recycled, we will often reuse other boxes rather than them going to waste and we ask that you do the same if you can.
